The next book in the Jamieson Brothers series by Angie Stanton is Snapshot. This book follows baby brother Adam as he gets to take time away to attend a summer photography camp. We meet his love interest, Marti, who happens to be the daughter of a famous rocker.
I liked Snapshot better than I liked Rock and a Hard Place. This book ventures a bit more into a mature theme, including unprotected sex and the stupidity of it (lol). Adam is sweet, fun, and sadly not given his chance to voice his feelings. Gosh, I can’t stand his family sometimes. Listen to the boy!! Marti is caring, but tough thanks to her parents. She wasn’t my favorite character in the beginning, she was way too quick to judge.
I was excited to see Peter and Libby made appearances in Snapshot and am glad to see they’re as awesome as ever. Garrett…I don’t know how Angie Stanton will be able to redeem his character when his time comes. Ugh.
I rate this book 4 out of 5 stars. Thanks HarperTeen and Edelweiss for letting me preview the re-released Jamieson Brothers books!!
